At MC Motoparts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Period
We have a 30 days guaranteed return policy against manufacturing defect products. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Customized or Personalized Items

Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item that has been altered or modified
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Item does not fit your bike which is different from your selected bike model when purchase
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same item or a different size/color, please contact us at shop@mcmotoparts.com  to initiate the exchange process. 
Depending on where you live, the time take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Product Damage
In case of item damage during shipping (we handle and pack our products with extra care, but damages still could happen), we would replace the damaged part or whole item as long as you contact us within 5 days of package arrival.
Please inspect your item(s) carefully as soon as it(they) arrives, if there is any damage, make a report to the shipping company, send us a copy of the report, and send us clear photos of the damage, and we'll process your claim.

Fitment Problems
If you have any problems when installing your parts, please ask a qualified mechanic or contact us at shop@mcmotoparts.com and we will be happy to help.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us

How to Initiate a Return
All returns, damages or defective parts should be reported as soon as possible by emailing us at shop@mcmotoparts.com. Please include your Name, Order Number, Mailing Address, Phone Number, and brief description of product purchased in your email. Please contact us before any return, all items should return back to our head office instead of the sender address.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Restocking Fee
Refund item may subject to a 20% restocking fee. 
We want to provide you with some clarification on why this fee is necessary:
1. Inventory Management: When items are returned, they require inspection and repackaging before they can be resold. This process involves time and labor, which impacts our overall inventory management.
2. Quality Assurance: We strive to maintain high-quality standards for our products. Returns are checked to ensure they meet our quality criteria, and this requires additional resources.
3. Operational Costs: The restock fee helps cover some of the operational costs associated with processing returns, including shipping, handling, and storage.
4. Fairness to All Customers: By implementing a restock fee, we can keep our prices competitive for all customers. This ensures that the cost of returns does not unfairly impact those who keep their purchases.
